This policy describes how Go Clouded processes the personal data you provide when you contact us or book a pre-meeting via our forms.
Smart Source AB (reg. no. 556659-5921), which provides the Go Clouded service, is the data controller for the processing of the personal data described below. If you have questions about the processing or want to exercise your rights, you can reach us at support@goclouded.com.
When you fill in a booking or contact form, we process the data you provide, for example: company name, your role, current cloud provider, approximate data volume, which regulations (e.g. NIS2, DORA, GDPR) are relevant to you, email address and phone number, and your preferred time for contact.
We keep the data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any subsequent dialogue, as a starting point for a maximum of 24 months after the most recent contact. Data that becomes part of a customer agreement is processed in accordance with that agreement and applicable legislation.
The data is handled by Go Clouded and by suppliers that process personal data on our behalf, for example our email and hosting provider. Form messages are sent via the email service Microsoft 365. We enter into data processing agreements with the processors that process personal data on our behalf.
Our website and operations are located in Sweden. When email services are used, some processing may take place with providers that have operations outside the EU/EEA. Such transfers are made with appropriate safeguards under the GDPR, for example the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
You have the right to request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, to object to or request restriction of the processing, and, where applicable, to data portability. Contact us at support@goclouded.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se.
